Bespoke Live-in Care in Kent and Sussex

We are based in Tunbridge Wells and provide services to clients in Kent and Sussex requiring:

  • Long term live-in care.
  • Short term live-in care - when recovering from an illness or time spent in hospital.
  • Respite live-in care - to allow a family member or permanent carer some time off or additional support.
  • Permanent recruitment of a live-in carer.

A live-in carer is on hand to provide personalised care. They assist and support all activities and aspects of daily living, from housekeeping, cooking and companionship to personal care and assistance with medication.

With the support and devotion of one to one care, all aspects of care can be supported and managed in the home and assistance provided for those suffering with dementia, physical disabilities or long term illness, including end of life care.

The Bespoke Care Company is registered with the UKHCA (United Kingdom Home Care Association) which is the national professional association for organisations who provide social care to people in their own homes. We are also a member of the Recruitment and Employment Federation (REC) the professional body for the recruitment industry.

The Bespoke Care Company is classed as an 'introduction agency' and therefore we are no longer regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) since its registration overhaul in October 2011. However, to maintain high standards and best practice our services are monitored on an ongoing basis and reviewed accordingly. An audit of all our policies, procedures and practices is carried out by a specialist external consultant on an annual basis.
